Rhonda Powers Injured in a Crash on September 4, 2017 in Cleburne County, Arkansas

Rhonda Sue Powers of Heber Springs, Arkansas was injured in a crash on Monday, September 4th 2017 at 4:15 pm in Cleburne County, Arkansas. Powers is a 54-year-old woman.
