Scott Carroll Killed in a Crash on November 4, 2017 in Ouachita County, Arkansas

Scott Jerome Carroll of Louann, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Saturday, November 4th 2017 at 12:17 am in Ouachita County, Arkansas. Carroll is a 54-year-old man.
