Marcus Fortman Killed in a Crash on December 14, 2017 in Howard County, Arkansas

Marcus Fortman of Texarkana, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Thursday, December 14th 2017 at 4:40 pm in Howard County, Arkansas. Fortman is a 25-year-old man.
