Dutch Phelan Killed in a Crash on January 24, 2018 in Sebastian County, Arkansas

Dutch Alan Phelan of Hackett, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Wednesday, January 24th 2018 at 7:45 pm in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Phelan is a 35-year-old man.
