VEHICLE ONE ROLLED UP ON PASSENGER SIDE AND THE TOP OF VEHICLE ONE COLLIDED WITH UTILITY POLE CAME TO FINAL STOP UPSIDE DOWN IN DITCH OF WATER.

Police said the crash happened here: SH 226 WEST OF VILLAGE CREEK. The weather was clear and the road was flooded.
