Eunice Carney of Deer, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Monday, March 26th 2018 at 9:30 am in Newton County, Arkansas. Carney is a 74-year-old woman.

AS VEHICLE ONE CROSSED INTO THE ONCOMING LANE OF TRAFFIC TO MAKE THE TURN THE PASSENGER SIDE OF VEHICLE ONE WAS STRUCK BY THE FRONT END OF VEHICLE TWO.

Police said the crash happened here: STATE HWY 16. The weather was heavy fog/light mist and the road was wet.
