VEHICLE TWO WAS THEN STRUCK IN THE PASSENGER SIDE BY VEHICLE THREE (THE 2003 CHEVROLET) IN THE EASTBOUND TRAFFIC LANE.

Police said the crash happened here: US70 E - WEST OF REST AREA. The weather was clear and the road was dry (construction zone).
