DRIVER OF VEHICLE ONE WAS STANDING OUTSIDE OF HIS VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF IMPACT.
Police said the crash happened here: I40 EAST AT THE 179 MILE MARKER. The weather was clear and the road was dry.
