THE OPERATOR OF VEHICLE ONE WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED THROUGH THE SUNROOF. VEHICLE ONE CAME TO FINAL REST FACING EASTBOUND IN THE EASTBOUND DITCH ON IT'S DRIVER SIDE.

Police said the crash happened here: 1100 BLOCK STATE HWY 290. The weather was cloudy/rain and the road was wet.
