THE OPERATOR OF VEHICLE ONE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY JEFFERSON COUNTY CORONER CHAD KELLEY AT 7:59 A.M.

Police said the crash happened here: I-530 NB NEAR THE 18-MILE MARKER. The weather was clear and the road was dry.
