VEHICLE ONE WAS SPUN AROUND AND CAME TO REST BLOCKING THE SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE FACING NORTHEAST.

Police said the crash happened here: HWY 165 & TOLTEC/SCOTT. The weather was clear and the road was dry.
