THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY THE NEVADA COUNTY CORONER DAVID GUMMESON AT 8:05PM.

Police said the crash happened here: STATE HIGHWAY 200. The weather was clear and the road was dry.
