VEHICLE ONE THEN OVERTURNED EJECTING THE PASSENGER BEFORE LANDING UPRIGHT AND COMING TO FINAL REST FACING WEST.

Police said the crash happened here: I 30 E/93 MILE MARKER AT REST AREA. The weather was cloudy and the road was wet.
