Weston Chapman Killed in a Crash on August 14, 2017 in Prairie County, Arkansas

Weston Chapman of Cabot, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Monday, August 14th 2017 at 12:51 pm in Prairie County, Arkansas. Chapman is a 19-year-old man.
