Douglas Fisher Killed in a Crash on October 30, 2017 in Pope County, Arkansas

Douglas W Fisher of Pampa, Texas was killed in a crash on Monday, October 30th 2017 at 11:12 am in Pope County, Arkansas. Fisher is a 84-year-old man.
