Patsy Holden Injured in a Crash on October 23, 2017 in Franklin County, Arkansas

Patsy Holden of Chouteau, Oklahoma was injured in a crash on Monday, October 23rd 2017 at 8:20 pm in Franklin County, Arkansas. Holden is a 68-year-old woman.
