Jimmy Lowe Killed in a Crash on June 28, 2017 in Baxter County, Arkansas

Jimmy Dewayne Lowe of Kennett, Missouri was killed in a crash on Wednesday, June 28th 2017 at 2:25 pm in Baxter County, Arkansas. Lowe is a 65-year-old man.
In the crash, Lowe was a driver. The crash killed two and injured one. The police described the crash like this:
AS THE VEHICLES APPROACHED EACH OTHER TRAVELING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS V1 CROSSED INTO WEST BOUND LANE AND STRUCK V2 HEAD ON.
