Johnny Carollo Killed in a Crash on July 25, 2017 in Faulkner County, Arkansas

Johnny O Carollo of Conway, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Tuesday, July 25th 2017 at 3:33 pm in Faulkner County, Arkansas. Carollo is a 51-year-old man.

AFTER IMPACT WITH VEHICLE TWO VEHICLE ONE CONTINUED INTO THE PRIVATE DRIVE AND STRUCK THE FRONT OF VEHICLE THREE (THE 2004 FORD F 150 PICKUP TRUCK). DRIVER OF VEHICLE ONE WAS TRANSPORTED TO BAPTIST ER - CONWAY BY PRIVATE OWNED VEHICLE. DRIVER OF VEHICLE TWO WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY FAULKNER CO. CORONER. DRIVER OF VEHICLE THREE WAS UNINJURED.

Police said the crash happened here: US HIGHWAY 65N @ SKYLINE DRIVE. The weather was clear and the road was dry.

Injuries
The crash killed Carollo. The body is held at Faulkner County Coroner. The police have notified Carollo's family members of the death.
