Roy McCann Killed in a Crash on June 23, 2017 in Jefferson County, Arkansas

Roy Gene McCann of Pine Bluff, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Friday, June 23rd 2017 at 5:55 pm in Jefferson County, Arkansas. McCann is a 64-year-old man.
