Joshua Allen Killed in a Crash on April 22, 2018 in Randolph County, Arkansas

Joshua Allen of Reyno, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Sunday, April 22nd 2018 at 9:16 pm in Randolph County, Arkansas. Allen is a 30-year-old man.
