Royce Watson Killed in a Crash on April 16, 2018 in Miller County, Arkansas

Royce Sidney Watson of Texarkana, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Monday, April 16th 2018 at 11:20 am in Miller County, Arkansas. Watson is a 81-year-old man.
