Steve Sumpter Killed in a Crash on April 26, 2018 in County, Arkansas

Steve Dee Sumpter of Leicester, North Carolina was killed in a crash on Thursday, April 26th 2018 at 11:27 pm in County, Arkansas. Sumpter is a 68-year-old man.
