Margaret Williams Killed in a Crash on April 26, 2018 in Pulaski County, Arkansas

Margaret D Williams of Little Rock, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Thursday, April 26th 2018 at 7:03 am in Pulaski County, Arkansas. Williams is a 23-year-old woman.

THE PASSENGER SIDE OF VEHICLE ONE STRUCK THE APEX OF THE CONCRETE TRAFFIC BARRIER CAUSING VEHICLE ONE TO ROTATE AND LAND ON THE ROOF OF VEHICLE ONE.

Police said the crash happened here: INTERSTATE 440 & 530. The weather was cloudy and the road was wet.
