Louvell Duncan Killed in a Crash on April 13, 2018 in Lawrence County, Arkansas

Louvell Duncan of Swifton, Arkansas was killed in a crash on Friday, April 13th 2018 at 11:33 am in Lawrence County, Arkansas. Duncan is a 85-year-old woman.
